Brad Pitt is saying goodbye to his Los Angeles pad. Yes, he’s putting his place on the market. He bought this midcentury gem for $5.5 million back in 2023, but now he’s offloading it in a low-key, off-market deal, as per reports by TMZ and People magazine.

Just for the record, this is the same Los Feliz property that got hit by burglars in June. Still, Brad Pitt had already been planning to sell before anyone broke in, so the timing’s just a weird coincidence.
The house itself? Built in 1960, it’s got that classic midcentury vibe that comes with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and about 2,100 square feet of living space. Glass walls everywhere, so you get killer city views, plus windows looking out on all the greenery for some privacy.
Slide open the glass doors, and you’re out on the terrace next to the pool. There’s a cold plunge and a sauna tucked into the garden too, because of course there is.
Back to the break-in for a sec: Pitt wasn’t home when it happened. Police say it went down late at night on June 25—suspects busted through a front window, trashed the place, and took off with whatever they could carry.
Two 18-year-olds, namely Arman Watson and Damari Zair Charles, got picked up in August. Turns out, they were involved in a string of burglaries around Southern California, not just Pitt’s place.

Angelina Jolie’s about to say goodbye to her classic Los Angeles mansion. Word is, she’s finally putting the place on the market and gearing up for a move outside the U.S., something she’s apparently wanted for ages.
Let’s not forget, Jolie and Pitt, who only wrapped up their divorce saga at the end of 2024, have six kids together: Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and the twins, Knox and Vivienne.
Now that the youngest is almost 18, Jolie’s pretty much counting down the days until she can pack up and head overseas. She’s already scoping out new spots, and it sounds like she’ll be more than relieved to leave LA behind.
About the house? Built in 1913, Jolie snapped it up for $24.5 million back in 2017. It’s massive and comes with six bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and over 11,000 square feet of space.
The property’s got some serious old-Hollywood cred too: director Cecil B. DeMille bought it in 1916 for less than $28,000 and Charlie Chaplin used to live next door before DeMille expanded the estate.
