The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is set to declare the Class 12 Result 2026 in the third week of May, much to the delight of more than 18 lakh students across India. The time frame was mentioned by the Controller of Examinations, Sanyam Bhardwaj, who also assured the student community that the rumours about a technical glitch in the result process were completely unfounded. The authorities held the Class 12 board exams from February 17 to April 10, 2026. Then, the evaluation started, and the officials are regularly working to bring the results to the students on time.

The CBSE has denied reports that its new On-Screen Marking (OSM) system is having technical glitches. Controller of Examinations Sanyam Bhardwaj said the evaluation is going “perfectly” and on time. The CBSE has scheduled the release of final results for the third week of May 2026 once all the preparations are done.
The Central Board of Secondary Education Class 12 results for 2026 will be announced online. As per recent confirmation, the results are expected to be declared in May 2026.
Students will be able to check their scores on the official website, cbse.gov.in. Updates regarding the exact date and time of the result announcement will also be shared there.
